What information is used

Cloudflare hosts the site and processes technical details, such as IP address and visit time, to display and protect it. The site does not use analytics or advertising tools. Booking buttons open Cal.com, where you provide your name, email and any notes or lesson address. Online lessons use Google Meet. If you contact me, I use your details to reply and arrange a lesson or performance. The event enquiry form on this site prepares an email that you send yourself; it does not send data automatically.

Purpose, legal basis and retention

Booking and arranging a service are based on steps before an agreement or its performance. Replying to general enquiries and keeping the site secure are based on legitimate interests. Any accounting records are kept to meet legal obligations. I keep messages and booking details for as long as needed for the enquiry and service; invoices for as long as the law requires.

Providers and your rights

Hosting, bookings and communication use Cloudflare, Cal.com and Google. Data may also be processed outside the European Economic Area; their policies describe the relevant safeguards. You can request access, correction, erasure, restriction or portability of your data, and object to processing based on legitimate interests, by writing to the email above. You can also contact the Cyprus Commissioner for Personal Data Protection.
