Warm, melodic house with a Mediterranean soul and a Western groove.
Originally from Thessaloniki and based in Paphos, Cyprus, George Kara has built a career of more than three decades across clubs, radio, beachfront venues, luxury resorts and open-air stages. From Cyprus to Santorini, Brighton and Berlin, his path has been defined by enduring residencies and a deep instinct for the room.
George Kara is a DJ, music producer and DJ instructor with experience in radio production.
Rooted in Afro House, Deep House and Organic House, his sound is percussive, warm and melodic. Each set unfolds as a measured narrative, responding to the space while steadily drawing the dancefloor forward.
He has played at venues including Guaba Beach Bar in Limassol, Mr. Tippler in Paphos, Wet Glam and LockRoom. He has also performed in Santorini. At Wet Glam, he performed opening sets before Steve Aoki and Harry Romero, and at LockRoom before Nakadia. Past releases and DJ sets are available on the Music page.
